Ingredients to make Veg.Gold Coin:
Bread slices | : | 6 |
Boil potatoes | : | 2 small |
Finely chopped onion | : | 1 small |
Finely chopped carrot | : | 1 small |
Finely chopped capsicum | : | 1 small |
Finely chopped cabbage | : | � |
Chopped coriander | : | 2 table spoon |
Soya sauce | : | 1 tea spoon |
Black pepper powder | : | � tea spoon |
Red chilly powder | : | � tea spoon |

Oil to deep fry | ||

For slurry: | ||
Hard wheat flour | : | 3 table spoon |

Method to make Gold Coin:
- Grate boiled potatoes.
- Fry onion in hot oil. Let it cook light brown. Add finely chopped vegetables and fry fry for 2 - 3 minutes at slow flame.
- Now add grated potatoes, soya sauce, salt, chilly powder ad black pepper powder. Again fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Let it cool at room temp.
- Cut bread slices in round shape with the help of cutter or a small bowl. Put a small amount of stuffing over round cut bread. Press it properly.
- Apply wheat slurry over it,then bread crumbs and Sesame seeds at last. Press it gently.
- Deep fry in hot oil. Veg.gold coin is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilly garlic sauce.
