Ingredients to make Paneer Rolls:

Capsicum | : | 1 |
Cauliflower | : | 50 gram |
French beans | : | 50 gram |
Carrot | : | 100 gram |
Turmeric powder | : | � tea spoon |
Coriander powder | : | 1 tea spoon |
Cumin seeds | : | 1 tea spoon |
Chilly powder | : | 1 � tea spoon |
Garam masala powder | : | � tea spoon |
Salt to taste | ||
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) | : | � cup |
Dry mango powder | : | 1 tea spoon |

- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Cut the capsicum and French beans into small pieces. Grate the carrot and the cauliflower.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds. Add all the vegetable and fry for 3 � 5 minutes. Add the meshed potatoes and all dry masala powder and salt. Mix well and allow cooling.
- Cut the paneer into thin slices. Place enough of the potato vegetable mixture around the paneer slice and foam a roll with your fingers. Repeat with all the paneer slices.
- Make a better with the corn flour and the water.
- Dip each paneer roll into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot paneer rolls with tomato sauce.
