Serves - 4 person
Ingredients to make Sev Puri:
25 to 30 papdi or crispies
3/4 cup boiled and mashed potato
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 to 3/4 cup sweet chutney
1/4 cup green chutney
2 table spoon garlic chutney
1 table spoon chaat masala powder
For garnishing:
1 onion finely chopped
1 grated beat root
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 cup nylon - fine sev
1 pomegranate seeds
Method to make Sev Puri:
- Mash boiled potatoes and add salt and red chili powder to it. Mix well.
- Arrange crispies in a serving plate.
- Put potato mixture over it and spread sweet, green and garlic chutney over it.
- Sprinkle onion on it and cover with sev.
- Garnish with beat root, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle chaat masala powder over it.
- Cool and tempting Sev Puri is ready to serve.
