How to Make Sukhi Bhaji

By Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Sukhi Bhaji. I am sure you will think that what's new in sukhi bhaji? Even a beginner can make it very easily. Just make tadka and mix spices to boiled potatoes! But here it's a home made fusion recipe for traditional Sukhi Bhaji sabji. We are going to add some more vegetables and spices to make it more healthy and testy. So, enjoy cooking of this fusion recipe. 

Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time  - 10 minutes
Serves - 4 person


Ingredients to make Sukhi Bhaji:


4 medium size boiled potatoes
1 medium onion
1 small capsicum
1 small tomato
Salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon chili flacks
1/2 tea spoon oregano
2 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon green chili finely chopped
1 tea spoon cumin seeds


For garnishing:


Finely chopped coriander leaves


To serve with:


Fulka roti
    or
paratha

Method to make Sukhi Bhaji:

  • Chop boiled potatoes, capsicum, onion and tomato in same size.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackles. Now add onion and capsicum and saute it for 1 minute. 
  • Add boiled potatoes and spices to it and mix well. 
  • At last add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Hot and yummy Sukhi Bhaji is ready to serve. 
  • Serve it hot with paratha, or fulka roti.
