Ingredients to make Paneer Bhurji:
1 1/2 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 tea spoon crushed ginger
1/2 tea spoon crushed garlic
1 onion finely chopped
300 gram paneer
2 blanched tomatoes finely chopped
1 tea spoon chopped green chilly
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
Salt to taste
2 table spoon finely chopped green capsicum
For garnishing:
1 table spoon cream cream
2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves

Method to make Paneer Bhurji:
- In a big microwave proof bowl mix oil, onion, ginger - garlic paste and cook for 3 minutes at MICRO HI.
- After that add all remaining ingredients to it and cook for 2 minutes at MICRO HI.
- Garnish with cream and coriander.
- Hot and delicious Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve.
Tips:
- You can make same recipe on flame also. For that you have to do same process on flame. But stir continually.
